at Endurance Designs: Online, Fax, Mail and Telephone.
Chose the one you prefer:
1. SHOPPING
ONLINE (Closed)
This
is the fastest and simplest method of buying goods
from us. Browse our site to gain detailed information. Click
a link to purchase which will take you to our online
store. Select the items you are interested in
and place them in your basket. When you proceed to
the Check Out, you will be asked for your credit card
information and some basic personal information. Please
fill these boxes in, chose a shipping option and submit
your purchase. When submitting this info you will
be on a 128-bit SSL secure socket layer. QuickSSL
web server certificates are only issued to fully authorized
recipients. The digital certificate activates the
browser's "LOCK" icon, assuring you that credit card
account numbers and other confidential information
cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.
We
need your e-mail address in the event we are temporarily out of
stock and need to contact you, and of course we need an address to
ship the parcel to (We NEVER sell, disclose or lend our customer
information to anyone. Your privacy is important to us. We
do our best to keep the site up to date with stock information and
post notices of out of stock items or sizes. Occasionally, however,
an order arrives and we don't have the item. If we do happen to be
out of stock on an item we will let you know by e-mail when we
expect it in and what an appropriate substitute might be.
When
we receive your information we will process your order and send you
an e-mail back with an electronic invoice that includes shipping
costs and the total amount to be applied to your credit card. Orders
are processed and shipped within 24 hours and, frequently, the same
day.
2. SHOPPING BY FAX
If
you would like to shop by fax print out an order form
(found in the downloadable
catalogue).
Fill out the form, complete with contact information,
shipping choice and credit card details, and fax it
to us at 1-403-678-3979. Just as with an online
order, we will prepare the items and draw up receipt
which we can either fax back to you or send via e-mail.
Fax Orders are also processed and shipped within 24
hours and, frequently, the same day.
Shopping
by fax is just as fast as shopping online but you MUST be careful
that you send the fax to the RIGHT NUMBER. because you have filled
out your credit card number on the order form, if you send the fax
to the wrong number in error (a slip of the finger), there is the
chance that your credit card information could end up in the wrong
hands. If in doubt call us right away at 1-866-363-7262 to ensure
the fax was received.
3. SHOPPING BY MAIL
Print
out one of our order forms (found in our
catalogue)
and mail it, along with credit card information, personal
cheque or money order to:

Please
include an e-mail address and telephone number if we need to reach
you regarding out of stock items or shipping delays. If you
are paying by personal cheque we won't be able to ship the items
ordered until the cheque clears the bank (1 week to ten days).
4. SHOPPING BY
TELEPHONE
Call
our toll free number (in bold 1-866-363-7262). We will take down
your order, payment and shipping information and let you know the
full amount right away. If
you get the voice mail service when you call it means we are on the
phone or temporarily out of the office. If you leave a message with
a contact number and the items you want to order we will get back to
you as soon as possible to complete the transaction.
